Please be informed that planned preventive maintenance work of the Tower A Residence elevator system will be carried out by our appointed service provider as per the schedule below:

Date: March 10, 2026, to March 11, 2026 (Tuesday to Wednesday)
Time: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Please note that the elevators will be inspected one at a time and will be temporarily unavailable during the inspection period. Regular operation will resume upon completion of the work.

We would also like to inform you that some noise may be expected during the maintenance period. While every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience, we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation.

• Start Date: Monday, 9^th March 2026
• Expected Completion Date: Thursday, 12^th March 2026
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

We kindly request all residents to:

 

• Ensure the windows are properly closed and secured during the cleaning hours.
• Remove or safely store any personal belongings from balconies to prevent damage

or inconvenience.
